im a late teen, just ventured into photography, going around the whole city taking random pictures… i wanted to use photoshop to make my pictures better…
1) which software would be best for me, i would prefer something that caters to both an amateur as well as a professional, i’ve heard of photoshop cs3. is that good?
2) is there any site which provides these softwares for free. for there is no way i can spend $200-400.
so help me out, tell me the best photoshop software that i can get for free on the net, oh and links as well please. thanks,
