Do i need a photography license or business?
I will start doing portraits and other services, and will be charging, but If for some reason I get pictures printed at walgreens can I make myself a release form without owning a business?? How can I go about this??
Some of these business are reluctant to make copies of images when they are uncertain of the ownership of the images concerned. If you introduce yourself to the manager, provide a business card then you should have no problems. You might even be offered a discount if the volume you put through is sufficient and constant.
