I am trying to publish a poetry book what is the best publishing agency?
I am really hoping for success so where is the publisher that would most likely accept me?
If you want to go through traditional publishing, I suggest that you get yourself an agent who can assist you. But first of all, you have to make sure that your manuscript is finished and ready for submission and for review by the publisher.
You can also self-publish if time is of the essence to you and if you want full control of your story/book.
