Poetry lovers, what does this mean?
A guy I’m quite fond of has written this for me but my philistine brain can’t work out what he’s talking about, anyone care to decipher?

As the celestial is thrown
Shadows burn, the way is shown
Something beating found
your words are a colour surround.
And as my half-life sinks into red earth
The fire wayward signals birth
Vision swirls escapes focus
May fleeting inclination take us.

I felt so bad because I hadn’t a clue what it was getting at, I’m not hugely into poetry but now I know I shall let him know just how grateful I am, thanks again.
First verse:
He found someone/something wonderful in an unusual place.
Second verse:
He’s trying to get close to you and everything is becoming perfect.
I’m pretty sure this is what it means. I’m pretty into poetry if that helps.
