What are some ideas for a series of night photography?
I’m a high school photography student, as part for outcomes this semester I have to take a series of photo for the exhibition in my school. Those photos (about 4-5) have to be related to each other. I’ve chosen night photography as my theme, any idea on how to make them linked to each other?

If you have a good place to set up to shoot a city skyline you might try this idea.
Shoot the scene 30 minutes before sunset. Then shoot it 10 minutes after sunset. Then shoot it 45 minutes after sunset. Then shoot it an hour and a half later.
Since you can easily meter for the first two exposures just do that. For the other two, I’ll use my FotoSharp “Day & Night Exposure Guide”.

ISO 100
f5.6 @ 1/4 sec.
f8 @ 1/2 sec.
f11 @ 1 sec.
City skyline in distance:
ISO 100
f5.6 @ 15 sec.
f8 @ 30 sec.
f11 @ 1 min.
