Photography – Reccommend a compact camera?
I currently have a vivitar vivicam 4345. It has served me well for around 3 years, but I am now looking to upgrade it.
I am 15, but have a strong passion for photography.
I still would like a compact camera, but a step up from the 4mp i’m used to. I carry a camera everywhere and so it needs to be pretty small!!
Overall, I would like it to give me better images.
Does anyone have any reccommendations for a compact camera?
Also, can anyone tell me, in simple terms, what
-ISO and
-NOISE
is. I have an idea, but im not sure if it is correct
Thanks =]

Yes, sorry
I do mean a digital compact =]
I dont think you can get better than the Pentax W 40 (?) Its waterproof, so great for the beach, watersports etc.
Noise. Get yourself some decent editing software, photoshop, or Corel PSP etc, and 1 click and it is gone. Noise is ‘grainy’ type effect on the picture. Sometimes, noise ‘works’ on the pic, especially in B&W.
For more info, email me.
