How would I apply at a photography business as a photographer?
I have an associates degree in communication art. The program had a photography class, which I took. I took 2 years of photoshop in high school and a year in college. I have a photography portfolio.
I want to apply at a photography company near me. They do senior photos, weddings, family portraits, etc.
Should I call first, e-mail, go in with my resume and portfolio, should I just include photos of people in my portfolio since that is what they focus on?
Same way you would apply for any position.
Call them up and see if they have any vacancies or mail your cv
If they are interested they will ask to see you and your book.
If not they will ignore you.
