Any comments on the New York Institute of Photography *?
I often hear about the online course at New York Institute of Photography. Someone knows something? Thanks.
Well …. there are not many Home Study Course photography market. I was very curious about their Over two years ago and they sent me all the information about their courses. The cost was about $ 975. if I paid in installments monthly about $ 45 each. Then few months later, they sent me a second offer of about $ 200. less for the same course. The course includes 4 DVDs, many "teachers" to give lectures, pamphlets and other learning tools. Personally …. I would not recommend not the course to anyone. You can learn much more from a vocational school or college about the same amount of money …. Plus you would probably get some loans and grants of money to attend school. I am 100% sure that the hands the books and "on" instructions would be much better, and you'll use a photo lab as well. There are tons of good books in the library. I recommend you save hands on as much as you can and learn as much about photography as humanly possible. I do not recommend that you buy books let alone find one that really interested. Most of them are quite expensive. Before you blow a $ 50. the bookstore, I recommend you take a night course just steps from your center Local community education. If you do not have one in your town, I recommend you subscribe to a few basic classes in a vocational school or college. The benefits of what they will probably have the equipment necessary to make the pictures after you saved to your memory card.
